We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to promote DonorDrive®, drive feature adoption, and help clients see new opportunities for growth on the platform. You will be a key member of our our talented Product team. Our creative environment is the right mix of serious quality work and fun that naturally leads to product innovation for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate product value to the market
  • Be an expert on speaking and writing for the nonprofit industry
  • Be an expert on how our products work and how they make clients successful
  • Have command of the competitive landscape and positioning
  • Contribute to market and customer research along with Product Management
  • Follow and contribute to brand and content style guides with designers and marketers
  • Develop and gain buy-in for marketing initiatives that drive feature adoption and client growth
  • Development strategy, write content for, and actively maintain product content (email campaigns, landing pages, Knowledge Base articles, webinars, release notes, release emails, and other materials)
  • Create client-facing documentation such as video demos, gifs, slides, user guides, client on-boarding content, etc.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Product Development and Design, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Measure and improve product marketing program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience managing online marketing initiatives for modern software products (preferably SaaS products)
  • Strong ability to tell great stories through content
  • Ability to translate technical explanations into value
  • Give a damn about client/user experience, grammar, and technology
  • Past experience producing web content
  • Advanced experience with campaign marketing tools (MailChimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or others)
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience working directly with sophisticated software engineers and designers
  • Highly creative and highly organized
  • Ability to get things done on your own and work collaboratively with a team
