As an Account Manager with Global Cloud, you will be a key member of our Client Services team. Your initial focus will be to gain an understanding of DonorDrive, our Social Fundraising software. While building a solid understanding of DonorDrive, you will be responsible for working with some of our well-known non-profit clients to help them use DonorDrive to “reach more, raise more, do more.”

On any given day, you may be responsible for the following:

Managing multiple projects at one time for multiple clients

Developing and expanding the relationships of each account by learning more and understanding their purpose and mission

Using your problem solving skills to be both a big-picture thinker and solve detailed technical problems

Conducting regular calls with key accounts

Collaborating to provide thought leadership to both the client and internal team members


We are looking for the right Account Manager to join our team; you are this person if you possess and can demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to plan, organize and motivate resources to achieve specific goals on time in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced account management skills, with the ability to leverage technology tools to fuel organization, efficiency, and productivity
  • A desire to motivate and help others
  • Skills to build a consensus and effective relationships in a cohesive environment
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace while maintaining composure and calmness
  • Capability of working independently and on a team
  • Ease in managing multiple priorities in an orderly and efficient manner

To be successful on this team, the following criteria must be met:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of successful account management experience
  • Ability to make strategic decisions on behalf of the clients
  • Have strong interpersonal skills including public speaking and written professional communication
  • Ability to develop and leverage new and existing relationships
  • Be proactive in your relationship with clients
  • Be confident in your ability to connect with clients through multiple mediums; most client interactions will be over the phone
     

Here’s what will set you apart from the rest of the field:

  • Previous experience with any peer-to-peer fundraising platform
  • Special event fundraising experience, with an emphasis on marketing, communications and effective use of social media
