By joining our passionate team, you will be part of a product that is the gateway for nonprofits to fundraise like never before! As part of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for working with some of our well-known non-profit clients to help them use DonorDrive to "reach more, raise more, do more."

As the Vice President of Client Success, you will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for the DonorDrive Client Services Team. The VP of Client Success will ensure on-going success of current clients through growth and retention of clients, development of the account management team, and collaboration with the product, marketing and sales teams.


Additional Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Maintain working knowledge of DonorDrive and share new software features, services, and release highlights with clients

Provide strategic analysis and advice to clients for DonorDrive utilization

Provide leadership for the management of client projects and initiatives with other Global Cloud teams and partners

Collaborate with our clients and team to help our clients use DonorDrive to "reach more, raise more, do more"

Work proactively to anticipate and fulfill client needs

Lead all aspects of DonorDrive client success including: purpose and mission, fundraising programs, event revenue sources, and practices to reach goals

Lead planning meetings with clients and internal teams including contributing ideas to the overall fundraising and online strategy

Develop and execute strategy to grow existing programs and new initiatives

Lead a strong team of peer client advocates and effectively communicate client needs to a broad internal audience

Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels, consistently modeling and contributing to a positive work environment

Maintain responsibility for and negotiate contract renewals

Proactively contribute to DonorDrive product development recommendations based on client intended use

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in the non-profit sector (ideal) or in the non-profit products/services industry
  • Experience leading and managing an account team
  • Experience with any peer-to-peer fundraising software platform preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and motivate others to achieve success
  • Ability to plan, organize, and motivate resources to achieve specific goals on time in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to build consensus and effective relationships across teams
  • Highly analytical and technically proficient
  • Organization skills
  • Time management: ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
