We also serve hundreds of nonprofit organizations and created DonorDrive® Social Fundraising software helping nonprofits raise hundreds of millions of dollars. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of DonorDrive® Social Fundraising software. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed marketing plans that address lead generation, competitive product positioning, messaging, and market segmentation. Working closely with the Sales and Product Management teams, the Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in understanding market requirements and developing strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing & media strategies, plans and budgets
  • Measure and communicate campaign effectiveness
  • Research, understand, and communicate the buying process to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and provide editorial direction to Copywriter & Online Marketing Analysts
  • Manage all aspects of trade show logistics
  • Provide materials to Sales Channels for marketing and selling products (standard presentations, demonstration scripts, case studies, etc.)
  • Manage website content and search engine optimization through web-based content management systems and analytics software
  • Assist VP of Sales & Marketing to determine product pricing

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of technology marketing experience (Software-as-a-Service or cloud-based solutions preferred)
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Proven understanding of online marketing, analytics, and social media marketing
  • Proven track record in lead generation and building a pipeline

Bonus Points

  • Experience with ExactTarget or similar email marketing tools
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Urchin, or similar tools
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications
  • Experience working in or volunteering in the nonprofit industry
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certification
